LAS VEGAS, NV — Brunello LLC, the Las Vegas restaurant group behind two of Summerlin areas most celebrated Italian restaurants, is proud to announce that both Brunello Restaurant | Bar | Café and Cantinetta Pizza & Pasta will participate in the 19th annual Las Vegas Restaurant Week, June 1–12, 2026, each offering the same spectacular four-course prix fixe menu at just $50 per guest.

Las Vegas Restaurant Week traditionally invites restaurants to offer a three-course dining experience, typically an appetizer, main course, and dessert. Brunello LLC is proud to go a step further, adding a dedicated Salad course to create a true four-course Italian feast. Guests at both locations will be treated to a full progression of Appetizer, Salad, Entrée, and Dessert, each with multiple selections, making this one of the most generous and complete dining values in the event’s 19-year history.

Both Brunello and Cantinetta will donate $6 from every guest to Three Square Food Bank, Southern Nevada’s largest hunger-relief organization. Since 2007, Las Vegas Restaurant Week has helped provide more than 10 million meals to families in need. For every $1 donated, Three Square can deliver up to three wholesome meals — meaning each $50 dinner at either location can generate up to 18 meals for hungry families right here in Southern Nevada. Now in its 19th year, Las Vegas Restaurant Week is one of the most impactful annual culinary events in the city. Brunello LLC is honored to support the mission through both of its restaurants, doubling its community impact during this special 12-day celebration.
